How do you unlock characters in Dragon Ball Z?
All of the following characters are unlocked by naturally playing through the Dragon Universe mode with various characters, on the first play through for each story. For the most part, they are considered standard characters. They are listed Alphabetically.
How to cheat in Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3?
At the credits screen, press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Start. After you complete Dragon Universe mode with any character once, press X or Start. When selecting a stage, instead of pressing X, press Circle. The stage will look as if a devastating move had been used (Super Spirit Bomb, Big Bang attack etc.).
How to unlock Broly in Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3?
Using Vegeta will not unlock Brolly, but it is necessary to fight him for some of Vegeta’s rare capsules. Note2: Broly can also be faught by Gohan (Adult) as happens in the actual movie and in the Broly’s DU mode, during a second playthrough of Gohan’s (Adult) DU mode, but this will not unlock Broly.
Where to find Bardock in Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3?
Have a saved game file from Dragon Ball Z: Budokai and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2 on your memory card. Start Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 and create a saved game file. You will be notified that you have unlocked Bardock. Alternately, at the start of Dragon Universe mode, fly over to Raditz’s spaceship.
How to unlock passwords in Dragon Ball Z Budokai?
Log In to add custom notes to this or any other game. During the dragon universe you get passwords that you can unlock once you complete DU with every character. When you choose your character Press R1 for a password screen enter the codes to unlock these costumes.

Contributed By: AckDaPhool. When you unlock Uub (kill Kid Buu using the Spirit Bomb) he only has to fight 3 characters to end his game (you still get credit when fighting on super hard, Z, Z2, and Z3).
